Kaiyuan Technology launched a new bulldozer Land Leveling LL6 in this spring. During the critical period of spring plowing preparations, Kaiyuan Technology organized core technical after-sales personnel to go to the major farms of the Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group to debug the land leveling machine and assist Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation in spring plowing preparations.
The Kaiyuan Technology technical team has successively visited large farms such as Daxing Farm, Qianfeng Farm, and Honghe Farm to promote Kaiyuan Technology’s new leveling system. Most farms are satisfied with the functions of the new product, which has solved the shortcomings of previous products and improved operating efficiency.
The new bulldozer Land leveling LL6 has:
1. It can operate in any extreme weather and will not terminate leveling operations due to harsh environments.
2. The signal reception is stable and the signal error is within ±2cm.
3. Before the large paddy field leveling work, a comprehensive data collection process will be carried out, and a three-dimensional height difference map will be generated in real time, providing very powerful guidance for the paddy field leveling work.
4. The software is fully visualized. The height difference of the land shape is represented by three different colors, which is clear at a glance, allowing farmers to plan and carry out their work purposefully.
5. With the unique driving track display function, the driver can clearly see the green working driving track to judge whether the leveling work has been completed in the area.
6. When a small piece of land is leveled, you can directly customize the reference point function at any coordinate of the land. There is no need to generate a three-dimensional map. You can directly observe the color of the display bar at the bottom of the screen to judge the leveling of the land.
7. Compared with traditional operating methods and similar products, the grading speed and grading methods have been greatly improved. It can grade 4-5mu per hour and about 100mu in 24 hours.
