"ShiBaiQianWan" Project Mentors Enter Campus Activities to Assist the China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation
On June 16, 2024, the large-scale public welfare project launched by the China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation, the "ShiBaiQianWan" Agricultural Talent Training Project, received a warm response from the society. As of now, more than 200 leading agricultural enterprises have participated and recommended over 300 corporate leaders and executives to join mentors. On the day the online application channel for the project opened, more than 2000 students from the first batch of cooperative universities such as Northwest A&F University, Nanjing Agricultural University, Shandong Agricultural University, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, and Xinjiang Agricultural University submitted applications, and more than 400 students received matching suggestions from their mentors.
To further promote cooperation between industry leading enterprises and agricultural universities, facilitate communication among industry leaders, strengthen in-depth understanding and interaction between mentors and students, and promote high-quality employment for university students. After research, it has been decided to organize participating units and mentors of the "ShiBaiQianWan" project to Inner Mongolia Agricultural University for inspection, exchange, and cooperation negotiations, and to carry out "Executive Lecture Hall" and campus recruitment activities.
In order to expand the company's team and improve the internal organizational structure, Inner Mongolia Kaiyuan Technology participated in this large-scale job fair, attracting talents in related fields from college students, and providing employment guidance for upcoming graduates at the job fair.
